Body Code Sessions

Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 27, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Body Code services provided by Darshan Transformation, Inc. and practitioner Magali Morgan (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or participating in a Body Code session, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

  • The Body Code is a holistic energy balancing system designed to help identify and release trapped emotions and energetic imbalances.

  • Body Code sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or other licensed professional care. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition.

  • You should always consult a licensed physician, psychologist, or other professional for health, mental health, legal, or financial concerns.

2. Client Responsibility

  • You understand that results vary and no outcome is guaranteed.

  • You are solely responsible for your health, well-being, and any decisions made following a session.

  • If you are under medical or psychological care, you agree to continue that care and use Body Code only as a complementary approach.

3. Confidentiality

  • Information shared during sessions is confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

  • Any recordings or notes are for your personal use only and may not be shared or reproduced without written consent.

4. Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Payment must be made in full at booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations or reschedules within 12 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of fees.

  • If inaccurate or incomplete information prevents a session from proceeding, fees already paid are non-refundable.

5. No Guarantees

  • Body Code work is exploratory and interpretive. While many clients experience benefits such as emotional release, reduced stress, and improved well-being, outcomes vary.

  • We make no express or implied warranties regarding the effectiveness or results of the Services.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Darshan Transformation, Inc. and Magali Morgan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

  • Our total liability, for any claim or cause of action arising from your participation, shall not exceed the total fees you paid for the session giving rise to the claim.

7. Assumption of Risk and Release

  • By booking, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with Body Code sessions.

  • You release and hold harmless Darshan Transformation, Inc., Magali Morgan, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to your participation, except as limited by Section 6 above.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All session methods, content, and materials are the intellectual property of Darshan Transformation and may not be copied, shared, or used commercially without written consent.

9. Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion, including where a client is disrespectful, disruptive, or requests services outside the ethical scope of Body Code practice.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

  • Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California.

11. Agreement

By booking or participating in a Body Code session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
